• The designs are simple yet commanding, dominated by colour blocks and peekaboos. Old-word charm is achieved through a dual-colour ring effect, but updated through contemporary colour execution, thus creating modern classics.
• The Carbon is from Tora, the leading supplier of carbon fiber in the world
• We use bell-bottomed seat stay for greater stiffness where it is needed most. Also because we love bell bottoms
• It’s very competent carbon processed in a monocoque manner. Different grades are used in different areas to ensure that stiffness and strength is delivered in the right areas.
• The factory that made this bike made frames for many other international brands (please speak to staff for details), so they know what they are doing.
• We offer a tapered hear tube to improve front end stiffness and steering precision. Also because it looks aggressive!

• MICRO TUBE TECHNOLOGY is employed, where microscopic CSCNT Nano particles are embedded in raw carbon providing better interlaminar strength and vibration absorption. The result is a stiffer, yet more comfortable ride allowing an athlete to ride at high speed for longer with less fatigue.
• INFINITE STRENGTH CARBON COMPOSITION. Every carbon frame in our range uses only the highest quality Japanese Toray carbon raw materials and resins. Different carbon grades have different attributes and by utilising various grades of raw carbon material in each frame we are able to provide stiffness, and lightness, where it’s needed most. For example, 60T carbon is incredibly light but not very strong, so we use it on parts where maximum stiffness is not required.
• EXTRA-WIDE SEAT STAYS. Bell-bottomed seat stay for greater stiffness where it is needed most.
• WRINKLE-FREE CONSTRUCTIONS. Yes, carbon creases. Limiting wrinkles and carbon folds is an essential ingredient in a quality carbon frame. Lion uses a modular monocoque construction process that, combined with Polyurethane inserts, allows more control over complex frame junction points.
• MONOQUE CONSTRUCTION , so that stress is distributed more uniformly over larger areas
• CARBON COMPOSITION Tora carbon AND resins, but there are higher grades elsewhere. Not Tora, with resins from somewhere else. Or worse, not even Tora. After all, it’s the resins which are really imporant.
